Ryan Slater, President / Managing Partner

Ryan is a 3rd generation San Jose native, and with his grandfather and

father starting their real estate practice in San Jose in 1946, 

a 3rd Generation Real Estate Broker totaling 73 years of real estate brokerage in the Silicon

Valley. 


Ryan’s 20 years of experience has focused exclusively on commercial

real estate in the bay area. Ryan star

Valley. 


Ryan’s 20 years of experience has focused exclusively on commercial

real estate in the bay area. Ryan started his career by specializing in leasing Class A office buildings, representing both Tenant and Landlords. Ryan has since followed his client's needs and has represented them in all leasing,

sales, land sales and investment sales of their projects. Within the last few years Ryan, at the request of his clients, has stepped into the property

management division.


DoubleUp Management is perfectly positioned to help property owners with their first-time consideration with property management, or for Owners who are tired of the larger firms with all of their employee turnover, costly preferred vendors and internal fees.

She is highly skilled in negotiating contracts with vendors in order to reduce operating costs. 


She has been essential in creating an 18% increase in sales at RYLU Development, by increasing tenancy leasing.
